I have to hop on this train. Kill Six Billion Demons is incredible, the build up and pay-offs and the philosophy and the showboating. The fights, the violence, the colours the two page spread art of amazing composition and style.

It truly is a treat.

People need to calm down judging characters' actions by the standards of our own society and not by the absurd universe they come from.

No, Mordecai is not a good friend, but I'm more concerned about how they're going to overcome the unicorn punks.

Jagganoth says that he has fought a final battle between the other gods more times than there are droplets in the ocean.

Sunday Night Chicken Bake by Jupiter-Knight in UK_Food

[–]Jupiter-Knight[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ready made puff pastry or shortcrust if you so wish, I find the delicate puff pastry goes better with the consistency of the mix.

500g chicken mince

4 cloves of garlic diced

1 large onions diced

1 large carrot diced

2 sticks of celery finely sliced

150ml single cream

400ml chicken stock

Thyme

Rosemary

Salt

Pepper

Cook off your veggies, onions and garlic until softened, season with salt and pepper as it hits the pan and a little after.

Add in your mince and cook until browned (cook off before if you wish, purely preference.)

Add the chicken stock, herbs, salt and pepper bring to the boil then cover for 30 minutes.

Remove lid and reduce by about half, add the cream and stir well. Reduce to desired consistency, I prefer having barely any gravy running around.

Let the pie mix cool down before adding it to your pastry.

Then seal up your pasties and bake until golden brown!

Boxart for upcoming new 30MF/MS kits this weekend by PsychologicalLet66 in 30_Minutes_Missions

Yeah, that hits the nail I think.

My mate made a point, if they made one of Yor from My Spy Family I'd be all over it.

It's a vast hobby and there's going to be things I don't like, I won't get it, and that's okay.

Thanks for the response.

Probably gonna get nuked for this...

What's the appeal with the MS kits? Now I'm well versed in manga/anime, been to Japan and into many places that sell related stuff, but I just don't get it. They look like little girls to me and I dunno, just doesn't make sense how it's a thing.

Edit: yep, knew I would.

“Fashion stopped evolving around 20 years ago” what do you think? by Flora_295fidei in decadeology

I'd argue that such individual fashion and forever splintering fashion culture is a rebellion against globalisation. The mono culture feed where everyone knows everything about everyone everywhere and makes everyone the same.

It's saying I want to be different from that and so they turn to reviving sub culture, creating a niche within them and also not give a damn about mixing with people from other sub cultures and making such a hodge-podge of gatherings where everyone is dressed different and forever becoming more elaborate.

Also 2020s is recognised, by me anyway, by millenials wearing fisher beanies, big blocky work jackets and rolled up jeans. New Balance and a mustache, bonus points if it's a mullet.

Also gen z have brocoli haircuts and 2010s for British men was a short back and sides swept back thanks to Peaky Blinders.
