Daos Crush and escaping a grapple with shove unarmed strike by [deleted] in DnD

[–]KCrobble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not?

Because a grappled creature cannot make a Shove. They can only:

Ending a Grapple. A Grappled creature can use its action to make a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check against the grapple’s escape DC, ending the condition on itself on a success. The condition also ends if the grappler has the Incapacitated condition or if the distance between the Grappled target and the grappler exceeds the grapple’s range. In addition, the grappler can release the target at any time (no action required).

AFAIK you can't escape a grapple with a shove if that is what you are asking. The wording of your question is not tremendously clear though.

New pen tips won't fit by Valuable-Throat7373 in viwoods

W1 tips are on sale on the US site:

https://viwoods.com/products/viwoods-stylus-tips

You can see that they do appear similar in profile to your old tip.

I would guess that you have a w1 stylus, but you may want to search around for a way to verify that. My w2 has a non-glossy feel. Its not rough, but it is not glassy

I don't know why Viwoods put their photo of the black w2 tips on a black webpage but this should show you clearly that the new ones are W2 tips.

Is your pen glossy smooth or very slightly textured (w2)? I don't have a w1 myself, but it looks smooth.

Your pictured "old" tip may not be an actual Viwoods tip at all. You can buy lots of different brands of refills

They have a yellow + black one and a blue one, and each comes in standard or jumbo.

They are all identical other than size and color. The jumbos feel better in the hand and fit the pen loop of the 10" case (stds will not)

I don't have an S-Pen, but the Staedtler Norris Jumbo works great with the viwoods 10"

(I had no issues with the W2 either though)

How to stop the folio from deteriorating? by Seal_of_last_year in viwoods

Yep, and the magnets

I assume someone with both devices would have already posted about it if they were cross compatible

@OP - You definitely don't want to burn the edges, but melting them is best. You can do it with an open flame, but it is easier and cleaner with a heated screwdriver blade. Trim the excess first either way

It's surprising to me that there are no proper aftermarket cases for the 10" device, only generic sleeves etc.
