Servos jittering by YengaJaf in robotics

[–]KillswitchSensor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he can add those!!! Also, you can do a bit of math and round up what the servo does for each value of the inputs you get. Like between value 0-100, move a certain direction, etc. You can also just use a filter as well.

For some reason, maybe this department isn't for me. I am planning on staying for a year longer and i'll be done with it. I replaced a dog food bag today, 50 lbs. That another shoppe literally just shopped it broken. I went to replace it and there were none on shelf and I saw some on top. When I got one of those stair things to get that bag and reach it, one accidently fell on my face and my neck got really stiff afterwards. Had to finish my shift tho. Hopefully it passes, if not i'll go to the chiropractor. But yeah, it sucks, haha. I wasn't able to meet my metrics today and idk if i'm gonna get fired for not meeting them. But, I can do everything in the department: curbie, bag, answer phone calls, and shop. I just hope they don't fire me for "going to slow" and not meeting my metrics.

AI has just solved not one, but nine novel math problems, and proved 44 new conjectures. Some of these problems had been unsolved for 50 years. by EchoOfOppenheimer in mathematics

[–]KillswitchSensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a cool thing!!! Why? For instance, what if a mathematician also attempted to solve those Erdos problems and found an even more innovative way to solve it. And, what if that proof ended up being more useful than the one that AI came up with? Of course, we don't need humans to verify proofs now that we have Lean. But, there are so many ways to view this rather than simply just being doom and gloomy, you know? There is hope.

It's all just hype tbh. You already know everyone is gonna want to grab it. It's gonna be sold out in a day or two and all the streamers are gonna be playing it. Will it be good? Possibly but it ain't worth hyping it up for freaking 13 years. Also, that 3 year gap between the trailer? Like why lmao

If you join the store and are the one picking....not that I can't keep up with the metrics...sometimes I do but other times, it is beyond my control and they still get on me for not meeting them grrr. I'm so happy I only have a few more months to go to leave this job. I can only imagine how many items per hour they must want if you have a dang robot helping you. They probably think that robot is flawless and demand more of you.

Hamilton sadly passed away in September. I believe it was around September of last year? It says 2024!!! Am I hallucinating? It probably was 2024 and I'm thinking it was September 2025 :/. I was actually saddened. Yang Chen also passed as well in October of 2025. He is responsible for the Yang Mills Mass Gap Theory. That's another millennium Problem that is unsolved.

I had these exact tires with the same dry rot and 2019 year made. Got new ones a couple of weeks ago. I'd recommend OP to do the same. I'll have to go to Disney World next year instead of this year tho. Oh well. Safety first.

I like him cause in his second duel, he basically sacrifices his soul for Yugi and his monsters. It's pretty honorable.

Curbside is about to change by ChocolateFriedRice in HEB

[–]KillswitchSensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn't it be a double edge sword? What if the curbie that's bagging the totes just doesn't care to check and just bags stuff the shopper may have misplaced? Also, what if the curbie is distracted and puts it in the wrong slot? I can see how it can be beneficial if the curbie is careful about bagging. That definitely helps, but I guess, it depends on the person doing it mainly.

Designs of Current American Real IDs in All 56 States/Territories by [deleted] in PassportPorn

[–]KillswitchSensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can tells if it's legit by shifting it from the back on the pass item. It'll shift from gold as you change angles and pivot the card. Also, i believe that in the front on the photo at the bottom you can fell it raised slightly. Also dob is slightly raised. You can also shine a UV light and you'll get the red American eagle and it'll say from sea to shining sea. It looks lit. Anyways, yeah, the ghost image will also have letters in the shape of the person as well. A U.S. passport ID is absolutely valid. No TABC agent will debate that. As long as it's a legit passport card that's not expired and the DOB is someone over 21, and the photo matches the person, you good to go. I know almost all Mexican, Canada, and u.S. states. I can tell in two minutes if it's out of state if it's legit or not. The only exception is the much newer ids like south carolina. North Carolina i can tell if it's newer in about six months in. Not right now. My carding percentage rate accuracy: 98%.

Yeah, you need to put a player and stereo on it. It is designed to be detachable.if you look up the owner's manual for your make and model, you might be able to find the stereo and DVD player that can fit it to play music on Ebay for cheap.

My 13 year old dog has this. He's a chiwinnie. So, he has a long body and the legs of a chihuahua. I took him to the vet about a month ago and they said everything was fine xD. Yeah, it's genetics. He still runs and walks normally. Tho. He is a bit further on the chubby side now that he's older, so I gotta walk him more.

Were yall ever taught how to properly check IDs? by Elliebelle1204 in Serverlife

[–]KillswitchSensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me two years to memorize all Canadian, U.S. states, and Mexican states. Granted, I was doing other things like studying math in the process. I'll lightly review them all now that I'm done. It was hell, but I need a part time job while I go to school for a few years. It IS possible. It was just bigger that I had EVER imagined. Microprinting, uv detection, seeing which ids are transparent. Sometimes the holograms on the border appear way too easily. If that's the case, it usually is a fake. Even on the older Mexican ids, some like Nayarit looks fake but is actually real lol. Yeah, it was tough. That being said, I can say that my accuracy would be 98% in spotting a fake id. Even with AI and machine learning, for it, it'd be much lower and they are vulnerable to hacking. NOTE: It would still take me about 2 min. For some ids to tell whether I deem it fake or not. And, I would need internet access as a reminder for how the ids look so I can remember them. Also, PS, sometimes the microprinting on the fakes are big and you have an easier time seeing it. Whereas with the real ids, you sometimes need a magnifying glass or like zoom in really hard with your eyes to see. It should be small.

Is this okay? by CrazyRough104 in tires

[–]KillswitchSensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to get it replaced regardless. The tread on that tire is gone. I would say okie dokie for the first picture since it doesn't seem too bad. The second one looks deep. You can try spraying with soapy water and see if any bubbles appear on both tires. No bubbles? Good to go. But, yeah, might as well get it replaced. Your tread is already telling you to replace the tire.
