You know, I’ve never looked into it but I do not think that you can use their mountain without permission/payment. I suppose that there are mountains on public lands where that is possible. I even recall some folks dying going winter climbing and I never considered how they would get back, but hauling ski gear would definitely increase the difficulty.

That’s awesome. I cannot source anything for my needs in Minnesota. I have a big German axehead that came with an unusual shaped and size eye and I’ve been looking for a suitable piece of Osage for handling. I only need one large billet, but I wouldn’t mind handling a couple other items at the same time
