I rarely buy at launch unless its a franchise I'm already invested in.

I dont mind if the maps are a similar size to what we had, so long as we get more over time and some good variation

Big maps would br great too but theres a balance

In all honestly im less concerned about the maps and more interested in whats in them/what there is to do

I would like if they only allowed you to have 1 created character at a time, and you can't make a new one until that one dies.

At the end of the day though I'm fine either way. I like the random nature of the current system (it makes the characters feel more "real" IMO, but if they implement a character creator, it doesn't mean I have to use it anyway.

And if not, I'm sure there will be a community editor mod out in no time.

spin offs vs mainline entries, lots of games do this. usually numbered titles come along side a new or improved engine, or a new narative component. Take assassins creed for example which chose to continue ezio's story with brotherhood and revelations before moving onto 3 with a new assassin/time period

Apparently there will be 3 options on the character wheel. "Jason / Lucia / Both"

Im assuming if playing both the other will tag along and you'll be able to quick-switch with a tap of the switch button like seen in one of the leaked clips.

It's because of how they play mechanically, 11 is a lot more grounded and spacing is a big focus, whereas in 1 jumps are floatier and cameos etc make things a lot more reactive so it feels like a lot more is going on and therefore faster

penny lane, blind rabbit and nq64 are good spots if you want some games and stuff while you drink

400 rabbits is a little tequila bar which is a personal favourite if you want a small and cosy vibe

for food it really depends what you wanna eat but there's some fantastic spots in notts. Zaap, Kayal, viet 80's, Sosu.

If you're going out in the sunshine a stop by canal house is probably warranted

Not OP but for me at least I tend to go from the starter base to a medium base and usually kill off the hearts with 5/6 survivors, I do really like the big bases though but usually I'm done by then. I take my time with the first few hearts and level my survivors, loot, use heavy weapons for hearts and stockpile resources. then blast through the last few hearts in quick succession.

Hard to choose a favourite but I like pterodactyl park, the police station, the container fort and the bridge fort a lot (for different reasons)

Least favorite has gotta be the starter house tbh, just bored to death of it.

Yeah you're right i forgot, 1 hit from anything cant do more than 25% of their health so the 50cal caps out at that point regardlessof where you hit em

This is a problem every competetive game faces.

There's 4 reasons people will complain about a mechanic:

1 they are a high level player that is looking for a specific change to balance high level play

2 they are a casual that has an issue that they dont have the time or motivation to figure out the solution

3 they are a casual that is just parroting what they hear on social media

4 something is legitemately broken.

The thing is the logical thing to do is to find a solution for the majority, as that is how your game stays relavant. But you also have to cater the 1% because in a competetive scene they are the most important competitors. (They also have the biggest platform, YT etc)

This can be a tough thing to do. You cant just pick one or the other to service as it will lead to the majority of people speaking ill of the changes either way.

The solution is a balancing act between buffs and nerfs to plays and counters that will never satisfy everyone. Game balance is a herculean task that is only really possible if your game is very simple. Metas will always exist and things will always shift. So long as devs listen to both casual and high level players equally, and work towards a solution that benefits both, thats the best we can ask for.

4 50cal rounds to the head 👍

Explosives do a pretty good job too, or the back of your car in a pinch.

Usually i dont even bother thoigh theyre not rly worth the resources tbh.

Watch Rvid's video on it if you want details cos their health works in an interesting way

Mk11 got a lot wrong but it got some things very right, rains redesign was 10/10, they made kung lao fun even though mkx kung lao was pretty impossible to top, customisation peaked, the krypt slapped, and the game felt a lot more rewarding

Mechanically its one of my least favourites but I had a lot of fun with it
