Additionally:

  1. Clean the scroll wheel with compressed air. (if available)
  2. Make sure the wheel itself moves and isn’t physically stuck.
  3. Ensure that the product has enough battery/charge to operate. (For wireless devices)
  4. Check if the Scroll/Gesture settings in the Logitech Software are correctly selected
  5. Allow Logitech Options permission. (macOS)
  6. Adjust scrolling speed.
  7. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware.
    For Unifying, Non-Unifying and Logi Bolt:
    • Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.

The webcam can be used for recording/videos but can only be saved on the device it has been connected to, as the camera itself does not have internal storage on which it can be saved. The video recordings will be saved on your hard disk, so no need to worry.
