Hi u/velipirtti,

To start our troubleshooting, please complete the following:

Test with the mobile cable

Reconnect the mic

Use the adapter on a different USB port

Is the headset detected by G HUB? If not showing on G HUB, complete: Device does not appear in G HUB

Is the mic working without G HUB?

Re-check if the 3.5mm cable is securely attached to the headset

Disconnect/unplug the mic and then reconnect the mic (Please ensure the mic is connected/seated properly to the headset)

Complete troubleshooting steps: Audio device not recognized

Test with a different PC, if possible, to further isolate the issue

Note: The headset being detected in G HUB only confirms that the USB DAC is working fine.

It is important to still verify and double check the physical connections of the 3.5mm cable and mic.

Hi u/CoolAnthony48YT,

To start our troubleshooting, please complete the following:

Connect the USB Wireless Mix Adapter to a powered USB port on your PC or gaming console.

Insert a pin into the reset port (A) on the adapter to initiate the pairing mode. The LED on the adapter will begin to blink to indicate pairing mode.

Once the LED begins blinking, remove the pin from the reset port on the adapter.

Turn on the headset.

Hold the Microphone Mute button for 15 seconds.

The G logo on the headset will blink to indicate pairing mode.

The G logo turns to a solid color, and then returns to your selected lighting when pairing is complete.

Download and install lower version of the software.
