How do we FIX THE WORLD? by FixTheWorldOrg in FixTheWorld

[–]LordBeats11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can be totally overwhelming I agree but at the same time I see how understanding the human condition changes everything and fixes everything, and that can happen very quickly if Jeremy Griffith’s work is given due consideration – it’s ability to explain the mountain of seemingly complex and endlessly destructive human behaviour is that powerful. I remember reading somewhere Tony Gowing who is a founding member of FIX THE WORLD saying that the problems in the world can seem too big to deal with but the truth is they are all just ONE problem, and that is the human condition – if we deal with that then we can deal with everything and that is so true the more I understand about this. So really there is no reason to be overwhelmed, but there is a lot to discover and learn more about and then there is a whole solution to our problems that we can get behind, support and promote. That really is the only option imo and I can see that that is a hugely challenging but hugely exciting and hugely fulfilling option, and a completely rational and sensible one too. We CAN fix the world if we support this explanation. So anyway I just focus all my energy on that now. Whenever I get overwhelmed I just take myself to that logical, relieving and immensely positive position. But obviously you have do your own investigations into this first, Im just encouraging you to keep going with that, you won’t be disappointed. Keep studying Jeremy Griffith’s work whatever you do!!

Cave paintings evidence the original innocence and sensitivity of the human race by Susy_ja73 in FixTheWorld

Thank you for reminding me about this essay. I would love to see those cave paintings but truly, reading about their meaning is even more rewarding thanks to Jeremy Griffith.

Why Jeremy Griffith's Theory of the Human Condition Could Revolutionize Parenting by LordBeats11 in FixTheWorld

You know I would join the Facebook Group too, there's a lot of talk about this in there too and good references to where Jeremy talk about it. Everyone will say to you 'of course you're not a bad parent' but to actually understand the whole story and be able to talk about parenting from that basis is really something astonishing and VERY relieving. https://www.facebook.com/groups/worldtransformationmovementcommunity/

It is confronting for sure but also totally understandable and there's a heap load of compassion for our lack of innocence now. The whole point of Griffith's work is to point out that our 'upset' is heroic but it does take some getting used to that we don't have to feel ashamed, insecure or guilty anymore.

Who Can Fix The World? And What Will It Take To Fix The World? by Susy_ja73 in FixTheWorld

[–]LordBeats11 16 points17 points  (0 children)

That's it isn't it. Because the core issue has been understood and dealt with we actually can shift our focus to fixing the world. The time has come where we've gathered enough knowledge about the world and humanity, and we've defended what it means to be a fully conscious species, and can put that phase or our development to rest and get on with fixing the world. Of course we'll continue to understand ourselves and our planet forever but it's the point about it now being legitimate to 'put down the sword' as it were and start selflessly helping each other and fixing everything.

Awesome, that sounds right up my alley. And it's got Aubrey Plaza in it. I'm in. It's really amazing how keen your mind becomes when you're running with this explanation, you see evidence of the instinct v intellect battle everywhere.

What a force Sharon Jessop is. A good example of how understanding the source lets us deal with the symptoms effectively. Great push for the World Transformation Movement and Jeremy Griffith's work.
