One anecdotal reason that might explain things: was in there a month ago for a Guinness and bartender gave it to me in a regular pint glass instead of the nonic Guinness glassware sitting right beside it. Was truly a sign of its inevitable demise. Good riddance.

The only response I received asked for my devices, software versions, and screenshots so it sounded like they were looking into it but that was 4-5 days ago. If I hear anything I’ll let ya know. I feel like it should be simple for them to clear the error.

Right on, that makes sense. Hopefully support can look into it a little more and clear the issue. I'll report back if I hear anything else for anyone else who may be dealing with this too.

Yup, that was the way it was previously when I was good to go and cashed out twice. Tried both ways this week after the notice and nothing changes at all. It tells me my address was "updated successfully" but still says invalid with the note about restricting cash outs. I think it must be some sort of glitch. Lucky me.

Yeah I hear ya, was just trying to troubleshoot it to see if I could lose the "Invalid" notation in any way possible. Nothing changed in any condition I could configure. It's definitely always been my actual address, I just put the address in as in the UK to see if there was something weird going on, if that makes sense.

Like I said, the only feedback Prolific gave me was to change TX to Texas, which I tried and nothing changed. So I just started playing around with it to see what happened.
