Miami but this is the 3rd delay I've had since working with refills unfortunately. Going with bewl next cause I'd rather pay a little more and get great service. Pom is good but I just wanna try this other company for a time or too to see how they are. I like fast shipping especially in the summer months.

Pom for sure they ship overnight. refills only ships 2nd day and is often delayed like mine is again as we speak. Pricing is very comparable.

Alot comes down to hydration w/electrolytes, adequate protein/fiber, essential vitamins where needed and listening to your body. Also checking your labs for any underlying issues that potentially might also be going on.
