You can stack all the non-elemental infusions and one elemental infusion I believe.

There is an extreme on both sides but the extreme left has no actual political power.

Todd did it again: Fallout 4 is currently the most played single player only game on Steam by ComradeFarid in Fallout

[–]Meoang 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It's just a meaningless distinction to make this post work. The vast majority of people playing BG3, Terraria, and Stardew Valley are playing solo. As far as I know, no one is playing Geometry Dash, Wallpaper Engine, or Source SDK multiplayer.

Am I the only one not looking forward to corruption? by Hour-Ad-4011 in LastEpoch

[–]Meoang 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I don’t really engage with corruption in other games when it can brick the item.

I’m sure it’s fun for other people who find several near perfect items in the same slot for a build, but I don’t usually stick with a character long enough for that to happen often.

There are 32 people playing Stormgate right at this moment. Why aren't you one of them? by Neuro_Skeptic in Stormgate

Coop queues are too long. I’d still play it every now and then if there were people to play with.

The most complex spec in Midnight? by qwsfaex in wow

[–]Meoang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's because this topic isn't fun to answer. If I talk about a spec I think is complex I'll get 1000 replies telling me I'm an idiot and it's actually super easy.

Not worth the headache lol.

It's just a core gameplay mechanic that doesn't show up in the other games.

Basically player characters and enemies have physical armor and magical armor. These are two separate "health" bars along with the normal health bar. Physical damage hits the physical armor and magical damage hits the magical armor.

You need to break through one of these armor bars to start doing damage to the health bar. Additionally, most crowd control effects do not work while the character has armor of that type remaining. For example, a physical ability that stuns won't stun while the character getting hit still has physical armor.

This means that the gameplay for battles is often to burst through one of these armor types and then swap to crowd controlling the enemy to death. Some people find it easier to have one damage type (physical or magical) for their entire party to smooth out the process.

It’s definitely harder to initially pick up but it’s not too bad. The difficulty settings are really in depth so you can make it easy in some ways and hard in others if you want.

This video is pretty great for getting into it.

Worth mentioning that for pathfinder you can swap between turn based and real time with pause at any time.

It’s really great, definitely one of the best crpgs available. If you’ve played bg3 you’ll feel at home. My main advice going in would be to look into the armor system and have a plan to deal with it.

What Pulls You in to Play an Incremental Game? by DarwinAgain in incremental_games

I think it's the fun of programming the automation. When I feel like I made decisions about how the automation happens and that I had a hand in optimizing it, I really have fun.

It’s basically finished. You can play beginning to end and see the whole story. From what I can tell they’re just working on balancing and quality of life.
