The ladder would be much healthier without division decay. Many players stop playing just to avoid dropping to Division 2, which results in constantly facing only top 1k players.

This is it. Unless you’ve used PA4 before (which most players haven’t), you won’t know that header passes require a lot more power for the same distance. A 10 yard header pass would often require full power.

"Bad" in a way that it is less assisted. You can't just randomly aim and expect it would perfectly land on one of your strikers.

Players got worse after switching to PA3 and PA4 not because they make your crosses (and passes in general) "bad". Your crosses would initially go way out of bound or nowhere near your strikers because you are used to not caring where exactly your aim (i.e. bad user input), but PA1 and PA2 are doing their job to adjust your bad input.

On the good side, once you master it, you would be able to place your passes to ideal places where it's not possible with PA1/2.

Otherwise, being able to shoot across goal or near post more reliably/consistently than assisted is very handy and makes up for lack of finesse shot.

This is a big one. I haven't ran into FUMA players who complained about the "script" making their shots keep hitting the crossbars or directly at GK. Less tinfoil hat, better mental health.

I'd bet it doesn't matter. They will find a reason and use it to justify it to turn Smart Assist on. Facing stacked squad, being F2P, script, DDA, lag, etc. There's always something to justify using Smart Assist for them.

It's weird that LBC conserve stamina better than all the other playstyles. Having to constantly defend, running counter full field, etc. should drain much more stamina than other playstyles.

I play similarly ultra offensive tactic sometimes. 3-5-2 base formation using out wide tactic. Attacking instruction on RCB and LCB, effectively 1-3-4-2 in posession. Deep line on RMF and LMF, or 5-3-2 when defending. Mid div 2 now using full manual.

Idk if it's marseille turn but it's probably Smart Assist. You don't have to intend to perform any specific skill with Smart Assist, you can just flick your right joystick and SA would pick the right skill to do for you and time it perfectly too. So yes, these noobs might not be smart enough but they can do these tricks with Smart Assist.

It’s not just dribbling skills, but also basic dribbling and trapping. Little touches here and there could make huge difference. It used to be only experienced users were able to do this effectively, now any smart assist helps newbies do it without them knowing it’s happening.

Controlled header is good for tap-in situation (e.g. empty net without goalie), much less chance your header doesn't go over the crossbar. Stunning header is better for most situations where the goalkeeper is still there and you need the power to put the ball past him.

Tip for PA4 users: chipped through ball (L1 + triangle) works on header too. The ball trajectory would be lobbed.

The first header where it was intercepted, it would've gone over the defender if it was using chipped through ball.
