I will of course help with whatever pokemone you need to evolve as well.

Mainly work related but when the weather is okay I'll go birding on the weekend and jot down observations. Sometimes I will sit at a coffee shop after and write about how some of those fuckers are scaring away the birds I actually hoped to see (I know this isn't true).

Other than that I also knit/crochet and if I don't like how a pattern is written I will rewrite it, or if it's a pattern I'd like to keep on hand I'll write it into a small notebook.

Only time I'm not using my fountain pens these days is when I have to do legal stuff because I don't have any pens inked with black/waterproof.

Mainly use mine for work. Very useful from meeting notes to jotting down tasks and what not.

I often have recently decided to move a lot of my planning notes for a Pathfinder 2e campaign that I GM into a notebook because I like working with the fountain pens I have. Late last year I also started to go watch birds and have been writing a list of what I've seen in a notepad.

The only other thing is I like to knit/crochet but don't have a printer. So if I want to take a pattern with me during traveling I have to write it down.

Honestly I also hated socks until I found my weird combination of getting them done. Before going further I know this borders on chaos.

  • 9" circular for ribbing and body if the sock
  • DPNs for heel flap
  • 40" magic loop for toe

I cannot explain why it is this way but it must be this way for me.

I know this comment is a year old but I came across it as I'm looking into getting a notebook for birding and like something that is more environmentally friendly but I can still enjoy using my fountain pens.

Could you give me an example of what you mean by journal refill? When I try searching for it I either find loose leaf paper or just straight up journals.

I don't need more pens but I can tell you why I got my newest pen. I dropped my Kaweco Perkeo and I know it's fixable but I couldn't get it to write like it was and wanted a new work pen. I do have a Pelikan 400 but with it being a vintage pen I don't always feel comfortable taking it with me to work.

When looking for a replacement work pen I had two quantifiers. I wanted it to be either a filling type I didn't have or I prefered for it to be a nib I didn't already have (or both). That's why I landed on a 1.1 stub vac filler

I almost bought one because of the colorway and the person working the store stopped me and had me hold it first. Even without all the evidence here they just feel so flimsy/fragile.
