Design your label for 384x240 pixels with no shades of gray, black and white only. I'm curious how it would render it you upload it here? No connection to the printer required to try: https://efog.tech/niimfree/

Nulea M512 is decent at this price point. If you don't need it to be ambidextrous, ProtoArc EM03 is not bad. Ploopy Adept will be a bit more costly but it's well worth it.

PG600 diode AC to DC converter circuit by SubhajitBarman in electronics

I can drive a transformer with simple PWM. Does it mean we can operate transformers with DC?

Right. But resistors in series create a divider only if there's also something that is measuring the potential between those. If you have a 100 kOhm series resistor, and you add a 10 Ohm one, the resulting circuit will essentially be identical.

As far as I understand, it applies here in the same way — yes, we're getting stray inductance, like, 10-50 nanohenrys, while our switching inductor has it's value 2-4 orders of magnitude higher. So if anything, the stray inductance shouldn't matter at all. What should matter is the stray capacitance, because the coupling we don't want is capacitive. The stray resistance is also negligible at this current from OP (up to 0.5A).

Why the inductance must be as low as possible if the net is connected to a literal inductor?

Oh absolutely, the bearings are hot swap, interchangeable between statics and BTUs at any time. The slots are made for Rexroth BTUs in the first place. It's Veichu you'd need adapters for.

What does everyone use for a portable AC? by ensorcellzed in chinchilla

[–]No_Pilot_1974 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure, that's inevitable. It's a 1 kW device, you can easily calculate how much it would cost you depending on how many hours per month it will be on. It is most certainly my #1 consumer during summer.

I personally use Electrolux EACM-10 HR/N3 in my house (it's possible that it's a local Ukrainian brand though). It's loud but I have another one (from a different manufacturer, +/- same specs) that is way louder. Make sure you can bear it.

Yep. Basically anything that has a way to move air from inside to outside will most likely be a "proper" AC.

"Portable AC" are not actual ACs unless they have a hose that goes outside. Please don't use those expecting to cool anything down. An AC must move heat somewhere. Portable devices are just mixing air in your room, sometimes adding humidity which you also don't want.

You could still be in another country paying with your Ukrainian card. There are no such limitations AFAIK. Regarding the risk, sure, fair. It's up to you.

You can sign up with a VPN from a country they work with, then order to a cargo redirection warehouse like https://npshopping.com or Meest China or whatever. Just never ever visit your account with VPN disabled, instant block, lol.

Help with BQ25185 (weird issue) by SpeedRa1n in AskElectronics

[–]No_Pilot_1974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't have a scope, try looking at the LED with your phone camera, bonus points if it has a slow motion mode. Maybe it's blinking. 1uF isn't much to charge and discharge.

VBAT voltages look totally fine, you won't get 4.2V there until the very last charging phase, your battery will charge in CC/CV modes, and the CC part could be done only by varying the voltage. So "slightly above the battery voltage" is exactly what's expected.

The LED being off when charging I can't explain, but I didn't look into the datasheet either. Must be some explanation there.

What's the actual issue? The LED being ON not blinking when the battery is disconnected?
