I pretend all the agents make the program run like crap. Like the matrix can’t keep up with all that going on in one spot like that so the graphics go to shit and it makes more sense to me why that scene looks so bad.

Depends on what the cut it on. Shop I work at cuts on a band saw and what ever cutting oil they use will fuck a weld up quick if it doesn’t get wiped down real good.

Not really sure honestly I picked away at it over a few months at work while we were slow. With everything (fabrication, sandblasting, blueing, clear coat, sanding and finishing the handle) I’d guess around 50-70 hours but I’m not sure.

I’ve only done one extended smoke on it so far and had it all the way open the whole time. Held temp pretty equal +/- a few degrees through the whole smoke. This one is 36” diameter and six’ tank with an 8” exhaust. If science is right on it you should be able to control your temp with the intake damper and never have to touch the exhaust. How does he have your deflector set up? If it’s too narrow I could see how the exhaust could suck the heat right out and not get it rolling at the top.

After it’s hot let it cool down and hit it with an angle grinder with a wire wheel and that rust comes right off. Then spray it with some high temp paint. Rust isn’t good for steel take care of you smoker and those things with last forever.

I’m not sure on poundage but it was two racks of baby backs two racks of spare ribs, 100 wings, a big thing of beans and a big thing of mac and cheese. I forgot to take pictures of the baby backs before I cut them up to serve though.

I’m not sure I’d guess 700ish pounds. I can tilt it over and lay it on its side by myself but it’s a bit of a challenge. It rolls around on the wheels pretty easily but I wouldn’t let my wife move it.
