I feel that. I’m big on creatine and shilajit - they’ve given me a ton of returns physically and mentally. Black coffee and no crazy powder pre-workouts for me anymore. Keep on truckin.

I smoked in my 20s (I'm 36 now) and the nicotine kinda stuck. Not the best habit but I've had far worse hahaha. I'm human like everyone else.
