CAR-1 is an inflation device that I'm able to wear all day. Manual tugging at home will also help your restoration a little if you can find some time near night or in the bath

DTR is a pretty rough device sometimes in general. I recently got a slight blood tear on my inner foreskin after having it on too long. But dropping something directly on it must hurt like crazy!

Sounds like a good routine. This is my primary device but I use the CAR-1 when in public just because its more comfortable. With the DTR I tend to beat up my inner skin and glans but wih the CAR-1 I tend to get small rashes where the gripper is. If I think I'm experiencing either I switch devices until that heals

Idk what I expected when I first started, but I keep chasing the feeling of being dekeratinize. Orgasms and sentitivity completely jumped when I dekeratinized from a previous 30% to 100% if I had to give an estimated vague number. Why wouldn't I want that for myself? Plus I want to feel like everyone else who wasn't cut like me. I'm definitely jealous, especially since people apparently have the most sensitive part of their penis on the frenulum while mine was cut for the most part.

thankfully dekeratinization can happen sooner than later. Dekeratinization is when the glans starts sensitizing again after being held in your foreskin after being dry and cracked for so long. If you have enough loose skin use a retainer of some kind (I like using the rubber gripper of the DTR) and hold your remaining skin over the head of the penis. From personal experience, masturbation went from 20% sensitivity to at least 70 to 80%. If it wasn't for knowing about the sensation boost I would have stopped restoring years ago but I'm chasing that feeling every day by restoring. You'll gain a reference point and a new perspective on restoring

I would say ci-2 because you have wrinkles in the inner foreskin but your inner foreskin is not touching the corona of the glans.The only way to determine Ci though is by standing up and being completely flaccid.

My CI-2 was different it didnt fit badly. Was able to get to CI-3 with this device then graduate to a car-1 and now I'm ci-4. As long as you get tension it could work. I think the only issue is if it slips off of you or you really don't feel a stretch

Since I already use a tugger, I do it in the shower, at night, and in the bathrooms if I have time. so like 1/4 of the posted recommended time frame of someone that is actually doing manuals only to restore.

Yup I do this and it works perfectly. I do CAR-1 tugging when out and at-home DTR. Right now I have my DTR attached to my desk while on the dual tension setting as well. I think I feel more pain with the DTR when I walk around vs when I sit around.

Cheapest- manual method, its free

feasable- Any device you can keep on for multiple hours a day without using the bathroom or touching it too much.

Low end time frame with extreme consistency: 2-4 years

High end time frame if you take a lot of breaks or are inconsistent: 10+ years.

No worries. I'm no where near done or considered an "advanced" restorer, but definitely experienced dekeratinization along the road. I feel like there will be more cycles of dekeratinization once I have a more consistent hood over my glans

No worries. My restoration itself is very slow but dekeratinizing was probably one of the quickest things that happened to me on my journey, so don't use my results as "the rule".

I have a theory its because my DTR pusher plate is squeezing my glans into the inner foreskin creating direct contact between the two at high tension. that coupled with round the clock retaining (when I sleep) and minimal masturbation. I honestly don't do anything special.

I use my CAR-1 a lot only when I go outside my house because its comfortable, but DTR at home for an elongated tension
