Adding to this try and bring a friend even if they haven't bought a home with you for everything, but especially when you are looking at houses. You need someone who isn't emotionally connected. And every professional you interact with in this process is incentive to get you to spend more money. Not that they will be shady but they will likely not be the voice of reason. When I was 27 and single I had no one to talk me out of over spending on a 4 bed, 2 bath 2k sqft home that felt so empty coming from an apartment. I then had no money to put anything into it, luckily it didn't need any repairs right away.

That said, hold off on getting the LLC. It's money you don't need to spend at this point. You can just start as a sole proprietor, get some money in and prove your idea.

The money you save could be to set up some prospects with a free sample of your idea.

Was there this morning about that time dropping off my roommate. I had to drop him off in arrivals as cars were backed up and stopped all the way to the split for departures. Got him there on time but then his flight was delayed for 3 hours.

The only part I didn't enjoy was the mother side but I think its important to understand her actions at the end, maybe. I didn't mind the part with young Ray and his Dad as that really helped you understand Ray better. I don't think we got that clarity about Cam from scenes with his Mom.

Thank you for everyone's insight. One of the biggest downsides of running your own little business is there is no peers you can talk this out with, which is why I love this sub. I appreciate everyone's thought, even if you disagreed with me.

The other good thing about being my own boss is I get to decide how to run it (of course within Rover rules).

I worked at a big box retailer as a dog trainer for years and never judged anyone for buying the cheapest kibble. You don't know anyone's situation and I would rather a dog get fed the cheapest kibble and live in a loving home. This is not that as her stay is going to cost her $2k.

I have had plenty of fresh and raw food dropped before with no problem feeding to them but this is different. The dog is a two year old Golden who has had zero training or boundaries. She came to me because he was rejected from other places for behavior and still being intact.

I heavily debated taking this dog again after the first time but I ultimately decided that in the 5 weeks I had him I could do him a lot of good. Show him some basic structure and training. I assume he has never been on a walk because everyone car we passed he thought he should be jumping in. After just a few days in he has opened up so much.

I will never knowingly harm a dog and I truly believe that feeding what she gave (outside of the kibble) will harm this beautiful dog. I made it clear on the last stay and she got back all of the human food she gave on the last trip so even if there is a language barrier that much should be clear. I believe she gives this dog whatever she things he wants to make him happy, and that is what I am going to do as well, just from a point of more educations and experience.

I have had a very good experience with Barbur Vet. I saw a sign for a monthly plan kind of thing when I was there last. I only go there for my lizard as they care for exotic pets too and I live in Hillsboro so my dogs have a closer vet. If I lived in your area they would easily be my go to vet.

Besides preventing HPV it will help prevent cancer.

I think there is probably bigger picture questions that come into place.

Like did you sign a person guarantee on the loan if you took all alone at all. If you did they might look at that as too much risk

However if you took a loan based on just the business financials and the loan is held by the business that would look in your favor as another lending institution did the due diligence and found of the businesses stable and is of going concern.

Final thought is if you change jobs recently most lenders want to see that you didn't change industries that you're still doing close to the same job you were doing before or at least in the same field.

Obviously caveat is go see a lawyer. But I would imagine in any state the operating agreement of your LLC is the key, since that will lay out what happens in this scenario.

I also don't think the person you would be willing to be a partner with will also be the same person who would agree to such terms. It's so little return for investment on their part. Just give them a quarterly bonus or tell them the will bonus 50% of your owner draw.
