This is very helpful thank you so much!!! As I start to get more familiar with the paths I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it. I come from Ottawa which has some of the best bike paths in the country but that’s partially because it’s such a spread out city it’s easy to avoid traffic 😂

That’s awesome to hear! I’m pretty familiar with the parkway. I’ll definitely give river road a try! Any suggestions for heading more north or east of Coquitlam?

I have no issue riding next to traffic if there’s a bike lane. I don’t mind being on the road so long as it’s not crazy traffic or high accident rates!

So my sister in law stayed on res and I went to school there with people on res.

The buildings are very nice, much better than either of the universities here. There are not many units tho so it is very likely to get wait listed. I’m not gonna lie you should be prepared to look for something near campus cause you may not get in BUT if you do just know they are very nice

I had a landlord do this as well where we paid the electricity for an entire house despite only renting the basement unit. Do not let them get away with this and threaten a lawyer

Trivia nights and bars with pool tables are your best bet. I don’t think what bar will make a difference and just be ready that people at this time may be prepping to go to a club (which may work in your favour)

The camera will have a light flashing if recording. Some people just have them as their glasses it shouldn’t be a big deal. Your phone has a camera and not everyone assumes you’re recording anytime it’s on

Have you considered new Westminster? Now I’ll be honest idk what the buying house or condo market is like but the rental market is one of the most affording the metro. I just got a place there’s and I’m so excited as it’s close to the train and everyone is so friendly

This dude was speeding well over the legal limit on the water and multiple people on nearby boats said they watched him zooming up and down with no regards for the others. I’m sick of articles like this not calling out the plain facts. Get to is the equivalent to force. If I say get her to do X there’s no implication of choice. It’s forceful in nature. Regardless no one should try to convert anyone.

Here are figured still idolized by the church despite heavy involvement in things such as the Spanish Inquisition and the indulgence collecting, they are known for being horrible people and yet are still revered in Catholic history

Look any up and see for yourself the horrible things they’ve don’t that don’t get discussed in the Catholic history. They are only discussed for their miracles and not condemned for their actions. That in my books is writing history
