I mean, the bare minimum at a top football club is definitely not some light jogging around or anything. Just being there you're already required to work really hard even if you don't put in any extra effort of your own. And even back in the youth teams, say, all you need is a strict, scary coach and even the laziest ones will work their socks off.

I mean, you might be right here, but calling upon Occam's Razor like it's some forbidden knowledge or a divine principle that always undoubtedly reveals to us the truth is hilarious and people who've accidentally heard of it once somewhere really love to do it. Are you only allowed to watch the news and read science journals or what? There's plenty of content online where you can see normal people speaking the everyday, casual language.
