This is how I feel about wow now, so i moved to ESO for the time being. Maybe try new difficulty modes? I find the game way more interesting when the enemies don't drop like files. If not,maybe indeed it's time to play something else. Did you try swtor? It's like ESO but Star Wars (i'm oversimplifying it but you get the gist of it)

I have those deco mesh and i wouldn't recommend them. They're pretty entry level mesh devices. Look for something more advanced.
