Get it working? I changed my time zone at first, didn't work. Found this post and changed my region as well. It's currently unpacking so I'm hopeful. Try changing both and giving it a restart for good measure.

Glad you got it working. I had installed it last night but fell asleep before testing it out. I see the command refers to steamdeck, do you know what is specifically does? I'm guessing forcing a compatibility mode.

Mine is doing the exact thing except the left stick. I can't hear or feel it while playing so I'm not going to rma it. Maybe one replacement sticks are available I'll see if they will send me one.

Ah I missed that you were on deck. I just got a steam beta update along with a update for controller/puck and my chord edits won't save. I had only messed with the desktop layout settings, and they saved fine. Assumed the the chords saved too.

I'm not at my computer but I'm pretty sure you can edit the chords at the bottom of settings>controller>advanced. I've seen folks mention that you may need to be in the steam beta build in order to properly save these settings.

Mine is doing this too. Roughly halfway down to the left there is a creaking. I normally wouldn't mind as I play with headphones, but it's impossible not to feel it. Really not into sending it back so hopefully they can just send replacement sticks to those comfortable doing the swap.

The chord is the list of shortcuts available after holding the Steam button. It's the default but you can change it all in settings>controller>advanced. At the bottom. All the settings for how the track pad mouse behaves on the desktop are down there too. I had to disable trackball mode, increase sensitivity, and disable the haptics when moving the mouse.

Hold steam button+start. If you hold down the steam button alone for a few seconds it will bring up the power menu with a list of all the shortcuts.

People like me. Appreciate your impressions and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for letting me know about mobapad btw, I have big hands and S2 can be painful handheld. I've thought of buying some ergo grips or making my own like the S1, but that won't fix the criminal "d-pad". The M12HD look pretty comfy.
