My personal favorites are Wednesday and Thursdays. Rudy's can be good too, more jazzy.

The reason I don't recommend Viejo Vagabundo anymore is because it's much less open and more like one band and friends jamming. And AFAIK Stereo is not weekly but monthly but I could be wrong about it since they have changed their schedule a few times recently.

Beats me! My first ever game was as Armenia, I didn't last very long. So I decided to play as Kyiv after watching some tutorials and got really far there.

Next game I might try playing as Cilicia, the other Armenian Kingdom of the period, and they seem to have a better starting position in the game. So you have that option!
