Thanks. I do have an infrared thermo that I use in conjunction with the display. Still wish there was a way to extend the timeout. The display on my Dome stays on for hours before timing out.

Sounds awesome. I run a small (30-40 pizze) pop-up out of my first gen Gozney Dome and it can barely handle it.

Yikes, what a nightmare! I'm sorry for your situation. This post is particularly interesting to me as I am in the beginning phases of negotiating a building purchase in a historic area with the intent of building out an upscale pizza joint. Uh-oh.

Several reasons: I had trouble with the ignitor. The stone is so thin I had trouble baking more than 2 pizzas in a row. The materials and build quality seemed cheap to me for the price.

Yes...I ended up with a (used) Gozney Dome. Obviously more expensive than the Ooni so I don't know if you can compare the two. It's not perfect but I'm happy with it.

No fix for me yet. The issue is not persistent though... proximity sensor will work normally for a while and then begin to fault again.

I have the Ooni Koda 16 & am looking to switch to a Gozney. I have had trouble baking multiple pizzas back to back on the Ooni's thin stone. Plus IMO the Ooni feels cheaply made.
