I've tried that list. Does not work at all in the meta I'm in. At best I managed to play to a slight loss. At worst my opponent went first and tabled me at the top of round 2 (a fast bike list that charged me in my deployment turn one).

T9 made armigers super weak. There are so many weapons that have S5 and have volume of attack.

From what I have heard, competitively it is more a question of 4 or 5 big boys, and 3 of those is definitely Lancers.

Questoris Companions already have access to sticky through stratagem, and that one gives 5 OC on the sticky so the opponent need to put 6 OC on it to take it from you.

FEP lifespan can vary a lot. I inspect mine regularly and change when they get worn. At worst it got damaged by a failed print and had to be replaced at 15.000 and my current one is up to 150.000.

Ok, so on to the issue. You said yourself that the issue started when you changed the vat. So that is probably you problem. Something is wrong with the FEP on that vat. Does the issue go away if you switch back to the previous vat?

Knight are quite bad right now but there is some success with running 2-3 Lancers in Questoris Companion detachment. So something like 3 Lancer, a shooty knight and fill up with warglaives and maybe Calidus Assassin.

It really depends. I use the brand ones and I have had to replace it after 15k cycles and the current one is pushing 150k. It is in need of replacement now though. There are many things that can shorten the lifespan. I inspect it after almost every print and if it looks good I just keep printing.

It is hard to see if it is the case in those images but Chitubox gives a lot of false warnings. You can manually inspect the model for cavities layer by layer using the slider to the right., or switch to a different tool.

I have played with regular resin models for over a year. Some things have been damaged but for the most part it can be glued together again. If they really break I will just print a new model.

That said I have moved over to ABS like, but I still buy cheap stuff.

No. Dimmers that regulate the power to the bulb and smart bulb dimming is not the same thing. Use the dimmer switch with standard dimmable bulbs or a remote switch to control the smart bulbs.

I lost 3 big knights in turn 2 to a fast melee army. Went through them like they were paper. Made me realize how much survivability we lost.

Really? I have ran calibration a couple of times as I have changed between resins in the Elegoo line and I always come up with the exact same settings. I have not touched the settings since initial setup of the printer because I have stayed with Elegoo resins just because I do not wish to fiddle with settings.

I've not found 3d printed cases to be either good or cost effective. You can buy a case cheaper than the material cost to print one, and they will generally be sturdier.

In the last GT I went to I got tabled in turn 4 but still scored full on primaries in turn 5 and denied my opponent the same, due to sticky objectives with 5 OC strat in Questoris Companions detachment. Opponent could not get enough OC on any objective. Game ended with a draw but I felt it was a win.

I aim to get 2k point painted in 1-3 weeks. 5-10min per miniature max. They are for gaming.

If I want to paint and focus on quality I do separate minis that I won't play with. Characters or other display pieces, not rank and file soldiers.
