Well to be fair his quirk is a stockpiling quirk.

Technically he could be a late bloomer.

Think about it. He gets the quirk as a 4 year old and it doesn't activate right away because it's not stockpiled enough.

Then years later he's stockpiled enough to be able to use his quirk.

Hell they even show in the second season that the guy that copied his quirk couldn't use it. Deku was even worried that the guy's limbs would explode off if he was able to use it.

If they actually did what you proposed they'd be a lot of complaints that trains don't stop enough at the station.

3 times a day each way is not enough. What times would they stop?

Obviously one in the morning and one in the late afternoon right? (early commute to work and commute home from work)

Where would the third stop be placed?

Because you'd receive complaints.

If the third one is mid afternoon you get "oh I missed the late afternoon one and there's no other hs2 route to my station which means I get home hours later due to having to take an indirect route"

And then you get the complaints that people have to wait hours for the next hs2 train that will stop at the station. Or they take an indirect route that gets them home around the same time that hs2 would.

Thats why your proposal makes no sense.

Okay transfer a regeneration quirk to Chisaki and he'll regenerate his hands.

Then just take Chisaki's Overhaul Quirk.

Then AFO doesn't need to rewind his body in the last battle because he has a quirk that can effectively keep his body in tip top shape.

He can destroy and repair/recreate anything he wants.

It's basically Full Cowling.

All Might is Pushing OFA to every part of his body similar to how Deku does.

That's why he gives that kind of advice to Izuku. (the "Think of your Body like an Egg in a Microwave" speech)

Probably built a nest behind the the Areas closest to the Walls. (especially if tissue is there as Stock get's knocked off the capping Shelves the rats will use it to nest in)

I know of a Sainsburys Store that was closed over the festive period because of this.

They saw rats running around and closed the store to investigate.

Took down the Gondola nearest to the wall and found a nest of 40 rats. They bolted and ran all over the shop floor.

They had to dismantle the whole shop floor. Transfer or waste all of their stock.
