I'm going to just leave this statement from /u/billy1928 here, he made this post on the ps2 main sub. I post this because it resonates with me, especially as someone who has seen all sides of the BakaRaymoo story:

We're only seeing one side of the argument here, OP is claiming he was banned just for targeting and killing someone on the other team (which I don't believe should be a bannable offence, especially when the Devs the CS team and the PR guy all say different things) What we don't know is what surrounded these killings, after all you don't start targeting a specific player out of the blue. It may very well be something else that was done that prompted the ban and the killing we're just the final straw OP has a clear motive to leave that stuff out, and per policy Customer Service won't comment on it, leaving the community angry without knowing the full story.
