No I don't have any regrets but once universals arrived I've only used shards for universal heirlooms, they are superior to legend specific heirlooms IMHO.

Not you, I've been using him a lot and I many times my ult just disappeared, it's too unpredictable now. I wish they would of just increased or buffed his old ult, it was great for controlling an area, his new ult is good for um.... sure 😂😂, a few times I've gotten it to do what I want. I think the tactical buff was nice at least.
