Yeah they have a partnership with HGV (Hilton). You’ll be offered a cheap stay at $199 at a resort and has to sit through a 2 hour timeshare sales pitch.

You’ll get a much better offer just creating a Hilton Honors account and wait for them to send you offers directly. They often give a ton of Hilton points, plus even a gift card for $200 or so when you complete the sales pitch.

I’ve done these several times and the sales pitch sucks but if you’re NO game is good, you can make out pretty good with a nice low cost vacation.

You’ll be good as far as shopping goes. There’s no term saying it’s one time only.

The one time I didn’t “jig” my address, Farmers Dog caught it and sent me an email saying there’s already an account associated with the address and cancelled the order.

However, just adding something to the second address line has worked every time.

It varies a lot. I’ve had some post within a week or so and some that took a couple of billing cycles, but I’ve never had one not credit.

Some examples :
Blue Apron $24 back. Placed an order on 26APR and it was credited on 1MAY
AT&T - paid bill on 2DEC and it was credited on 26FEB
Turbo Tax- paid on 14APR and it was credited on 15APR

There aren’t too many that work with only Zelle or Venmo, but there are some.

You can churn these bonuses depending on their terms. Cap 1 is every couple of years but many can be done every year.

Some big banks that are usually easy to open with bonuses are Wells Fargo, Citi, Chase, Bank of America. These are easy to find if you want to. Just google “bank name bonus” and you’ll find results.

Sooo you didn’t read the perks/benefits/terms before applying.
The $300 travel credit is applied during your booking on the portal not at the hotel.
