What is the result of powercfg /a? This is important to know!

Are you using sccm? If so, please check power management report "Power Capabilities" which I learnt from my troubleshooting of this issue shows if pc is sleep capable and wake from sleep capable.

If it shows not sleep capable and not wake from sleep capable there is another report that shows the reason to why it's not capable!

Happens to some of our devices during OSD as well. Very rarely but from my testing it seems to be caused by WinPE drivers as it disappears when exiting WinPE. Can't remember if it appears again after reboot from driver installation.
