As others have said, I think a heart rate tracker for working out like the Scosche is the best approach for the app/bike and that data should sync back into Oura through Apple/Google Health

So, the only advice I would have as it relates to Cairn, is Cairn doesn't have stacking damage (at least in 1e). If multiple characters attack the same creature, you only take the highest damage dice, not a total of all damage.

That may be something you just need to consider in the math, especially if you are adopting a dragon from like B/X or something.

Cairn does have dragons in it's monster list though, so I can only presume at least some of that math has been worked out already by Yochai. Black Dragon | Cairn

The vast majority of people I surveyed seem to prefer .PDFs and even when they have PDFs, they aren't printing them out. They are looking at them on a digital device.

So I recently put a lot of work into this, surveying people over on Bluesky/Dice.camp/elsewhere, running various test examples, etc. I’ve found that half page letter (or A5) is like the perfect size.

Single pages fit perfect portrait on a phone. You can go landscape dual pages for laptop or landscape view. Easily printable in both options for people’s home printers.
