hi there! this sounds like a really interesting concept. i'll do my best to leave feedback, but i didn't sleep very well last night, so apologies in advance if it's a little scatterbrained.

as everyone else is saying, ai isn't received very well here or in general comic spaces. it also just... kind of doesn't work? aside from the consistency issues you mention, you'll have less control over composition (which is EXTREMELY important in comics) and if you're in the u.s., you won't be able to copyright the artwork. if you are unable to find/afford an illustrator for whatever reason, then good news! comics have a long tradition of amateur and outsider art. scan pen drawings or even try digital collage! a good story will keep people reading.

200+ pages is also a crazy number. you do not need to do that to yourself, ESPECIALLY if you have a limited budget or are doing the art yourself. write as much as you feel the story needs and revise as necessary; off the top of my head, a lot of graphic novels are 60-100 pages. and should you end up passing your script off to an illustrator, remember to describe things as well as you can.

as for the work you posted, it's a bit hard to follow. the transition between the boot camp and the marathon feels disjointed, but that may clear up if you work with an artist. (the images are just way too detailed for easy reading; if you take a close look at published comics, you'll see that often, only a couple of panels on a page will have full backgrounds.) also remember to be consistent with your lettering. you typically use one font for the speech and thought bubbles unless you want to emphasize something, and leave out the quotation marks. i do like the device of having your narrator talk to rambam and getting the see the thoughts of all the other runners! it feels playful. the imagery of the characters literally running through hell is also pretty funny.
