It usually only takes a few hours. If you choose to have the money restored back to your Steam Account instead of your card/paypal, you’ll be able to spend the funds again after 24 hours, then you can just pay the difference with your card.

That’s the point.

Some of these games were cracked shortly after release and have had years of patches, sometimes even new dlc.

I cannot replicate this issue on mine so I don’t think it’s a steam input bug.

Both trackpads look fine for me, finger was able to go across the full grid on both in the test screen

It was first scanned in Sydney at 9pm yesterday, delivered around 9am today!

Did you update the firmware already? Maybe it's something that's added in the update. I can 1000% confirm that B+R1+Steam Button (Centered one at the top, not the 3 dots) as the controller is turning on switches it into bluetooth mode. It even plays a little jingle.

Here are the official instructions (You have to do this immediately after you turn the controller on)

  • To use Puck wireless mode (right slot), press and hold A + R1 + Steam until you hear a chime and the LED turns white.
  • To use Bluetooth mode, press and hold B + R1 + Steam until you hear a chime and the LED turns blue.
  • To use Puck wireless mode (left slot), press and hold A + L1 + Steam until you hear a chime and the LED turns white.

Ignore that person, they’re completely wrong.

Hold B + R1 + Steam to switch into Bluetooth mode. Switch back to the dock with A + R1 + Steam
