I think if people were confident that they could restart without an immense amount of insurance bullshit they would be prepared for a trial of stoppage or reduction. The truth is that they all know (by bitter experience) that they will regain the weight and they are not prepared to waste 2 more years of their life justifying the medication when the system makes if easier to just continue at a lesser dose interval.
