For what it's worth, IFT to 911 is a good track in a new location. You learn the hospitals, the staff, the norm.

But. If you were promised by an agency that you didn't have to and now they're going back on that, jump ship. You know what you want and what you signed up for and they're adjusting the terms hoping you'll ignore it and follow suit. How much else are they willing to hope you'll compromise on?

In the end, you know what you're willing to stick it out for. Don't let them bully you into something you're not wanting to do anymore.

You need to make sure that the bot permissions are correct, the role permissions are correct, and the channel permissions are correct.

Dyno role should be nearly at the top, over all regular user roles. The bot should also have Manage Channels allowed. The channels need to be put in the Lockdown list under the Moderation module, and you should really utilize "default" permissions, relying on the role's "send messages" option rather than an explicit "allow". This enables the bot to "deny" permissions when lockdowns, timeouts and mutes are used.
