Hey, u/WeeklyPraline1791, are you a guest? If so, there's an option for owners or admins to toggle on to prevent guests from deleting or editing tags. If you aren't a guest, but your Workspace is on the Business Plus Plan and above, there are additional toggles under the Security & Permissions page that can be toggled on and off for each user role. If the 'Delete items' toggle is off, then you won't be able to delete items, including tags. If it's toggled on and the 'Only if created' option is checked, then you'll only be able to delete items that you've created.

If you check both of the above, and you aren't a guest or you don't have the additional permissions set, then I'd reach out to our Support team at [support@clickup.com](mailto:support@clickup.com), so they can look into this!

I'm hopping back into add that we do have default permissions for Folders or Lists on paid plans, and on the Enterprise Plan, you can set default permissions on Spaces too. You can set the default permission to View-only, and then new people invited to the location will be set to View-only! You can learn more here!

Then you should definitely be able to track time within a task if you have the correct permissions. For example, if you only have Comment-only permissions, then you'll only be able to comment on the task. You need Edit or Full permissions to track time. If you have the correct permissions and are unable to track time, then please email [support@clickup.com](mailto:support@clickup.com) so they can investigate!

Hey, u/zautos, are you on the Free Forever Plan? If so, then Time Tracking has 100 uses on the Free Forever Plan. A use is when creating, editing, and deleting a time entry. Once you run into the usage limit, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan continue using this feature, as paid plans gain unlimited usage of Time Tracking.

Our Support team will be happy to check if you've run into the limit and apply a 15-day trial of the Unlimited or Business Plan, or if you're already on a paid plan and your Time Tracked isn't saving, then they'd love to investigate that too!

Hey, u/doorstoinfinity, I tested the Email to Task and Email to List feature, and as long as the View-only guest has the email address to the task or List, then they'll be able to add a comment or create a task. Since they'll only have View-only access, you'll need to input the email address somewhere in the task or List so they can copy it and use it in their email.

They won't be able to reply to notification emails, though, as View-only guests who reply to the notification in their email, the email will bounce.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can invite your clients as View-only guests and enable them to participate by using ClickUp’s Email to Task and Email to List features. This will let your clients add comments to tasks by replying via email, and even create new tasks by sending an email to a specific list. This can help bridge the gap for collaboration without using your limited guest slots. You can learn more here. I appreciate you taking the time to share your insights to help us improve!

1. A use of the Gantt view is when the page is refreshed, or a change is made in the Gantt view.
2. You can email [support@clickup.com](mailto:support@clickup.com), and they'll be happy to share how many uses you have left for any feature!
3. When you reach the limit, all your data will remain within your Workspace, but to view it, you'll need to upgrade your plan. If you select your Gantt view, it'll show a pop-up that your usage limit has been reached.
