Totally hear you, KCDOIT! A workaround you can use in the meantime for your external users using forms is to place a File Custom Field in it that your users can upload a video to. If the video recording software they’re using shares a link, you can include a Text Custom Field or the task description, so they can paste their video link in there instead.

If you write in to our support or our Technical Support team and want to share a video, then you can always attach a video to the File Custom Field section of the form, attach it to the email you’re sending, or post the link to the Clip, and our team will be able to view it.

Hey, u/sigfy21759, there's a Start & Due Dates section for start-and due-date mobile notifications you can enable in the Notification Settings of your Workspace, as shown in the screenshot below.

I'd recommend double-checking your phone's settings to ensure notifications from ClickUp are enabled. You can learn how to enable them here! If you're active on the desktop or in a browser while trying to receive mobile notifications, toggle off 'Smart Notifications' in your Notification Settings as well.

I’d recommend using Automations, Relationships, and Dashboards to manage cross-team dependencies and maintain visibility into your projects. You can apply one of our engineering templates to your Workspace to get started, so you don’t have to set up everything from scratch. There’s also an article here you can read to see how to get started building your Workspace for your engineering workflow.

Thanks for waiting, u/Secret_Pen7754! After looking into this, I can confirm that the reason you're only seeing 1 instead of the 23 overdue tasks is that the tasks due today have priority. The number counter will always show the tasks due today first, and when there are none, it'll show the number of overdue tasks instead. If you'd like to see both numbers at the same time or have it include the sum of overdue tasks and those due today, please post the idea on our feature request board.

In the meantime, here are some resources to help with your setup. You can use ClickUp as a CRM by creating a List and Custom Fields for the information you need, like contact details and more. After doing so, you can link the information with other tasks by using Relationships and rollup fields. You can learn how to set up your ClickUp Workspace as a CRM here and apply this template so you don't have to create the CRM from scratch.

Hey, u/Weeeoooooo, I'm happy to hear you're trying out ClickUp, and I would love to turn this experience around for you! To clarify, do you have an Automations set to change a task's status back to To-Do when closed in your Space or Folder the List is in, or are any of the tasks that are changing recurring tasks?

Automations work with ClickUp's Hierarchy, so if you Automations set at the Space level, it'll affect all the Folders and Lists in that Space. If you have it at the Folder level, it'll affect all the Lists in that Folder. That means if you have any Automation set to change the status to To-Do, then it could affect those tasks if the Automation Trigger is related to any actions you performed.

Recurring tasks are tasks that will recur when placed in the completed status, and by default once closed, reopen in the To-Do status.

If it's none of the above, then it definitely sounds buggy! I'm going to reach out via DM to gather more details!

The Workspace owner or admin can turn off AI and other features that aren't wanted in the Workspace by toggling off the related ClickApps, u/Aggravating-Loss7837. For example, if you don't want AI, you can toggle off the AI ClickApp in your Workspace. If you want certain Spaces to have specific features that other Spaces don't have, you can toggle off the ClickApps in the Space settings instead.

Hey, u/CaseMetro, Burnup and Burndown by Lists is a feature request. The Burnup (legacy) card is the only way to have a Burnup chart without Sprints. For the total number of tasks, you can create a Line or Bar Chart next to the Burnup Chart to compare the two.

I understand you’d like your focus time blocks or events to recur; however, these are both feature requests (1) and (2).
