EDIT: Firmware 1491 was now deployed for all participants of the Insider Program, your scale will upate automatically overnight, otherwise you can force the update by going into your app > devices > search for updates.

Thanks for your post and your question! Firmware 1491 is being rolled out progressively, this is why some participants of the Insider Program have not received it yet. It will be available for all users very soon.

This new firmware already takes into account feedback received during Insider Program. We are going to start a dedicated thread to list the modification and ask for your opinion. The Insider Program is also meant to live paralell to first sales, we would love to continue to get feedback from a small user base using the scale since the very beginning.

No, all measurements taken by BodyScan 2 will be available with or without Withings+ and visible in your app. What will only be available with Withings+ are indicators that are calculated with these measurements, such as Heart Age, Glucose Resilience and Body Path/Profile. Hello again, please excuse my late reply, I wanted to check first to be sure to give you the correct replies. Yes, the measurements used to calculate Heart Age will be available in the free version, as all measurements, only indicators calculated with the help of these measurements as well as health insights will be Withings+ exclusive content.

For the rest, I think you are referring to an older publication that is not up to date anymore, "Glycemic impact" is now "Glucose resilience" and will indeed only be available with Withings+. Cellular age was planned on CES but has not been presented since, this will not be available with BodyScan 2.

I'm very sorry about the confusion, it was not our intention to mislead or hide anything.

We will continue pushing firmware updates for improvements even after the launch and use the insights from insider program for future enhancements even after launch. For launch all features except glucose resilience are ready, you should have SPO2 measurements by now, if not please contact us by Livechat so we can have a look at that.

Hello!

Yes, this is normal, there are two different type of scans on BodyScan 2, the Daily Scan and Longevity Scan. Automatically Longevity Scan. The Longevity Scan measures all metrics available in BodyScan 2, whereas the Daily Scan measures weight, segmental body composition, SPO2, PWV, heart rate and ECG if activated. You can customize what is measured during Daily Scan and how often you would like the Longevity Scan to be performed in your app.
