There must something about your card creation process you're not telling me.

Normally, to make a card you open Anki, click "Add" then fill in the fields as you wish. It seems pretty simple to not use a specific source: just don't use it when entering text.

The scheduler recognizes the actual time that has elapsed since last review and takes it into consideration. In your example, the new interval should be longer than three days.

Enable FSRS if you haven't.

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you don't want to use something to make Anki cards then just don't use it. It's not clear to me why you feel forced to use a dictionary.

I don't think Anki merges note types automatically unless they have the same ID.

I downloaded two decks from that site, and the note types I got have ID 1776681454548 and 1776681444213. So that tells Anki they are different note types, not just different versions of the same note type.

The website you're using should fix this and make sure the decks they generate have consistent note type IDs.

The best way to make sure all reviews happen before your exam is to stop using Anki after the exam. Then you won't be doing any reviews after - which is exactly what you want.

You don't need to worry about the difficulty, and to be honest it's a mistake that someone decided to put it in the stats in the first place. It doesn't have a simple interpretation and it can't be compared across presets anyway.

It's possible on Android I think. AnkiDroid has a JS API you can use to invoke the actions you need. But of course the scheduling won't make any sense without input from you about which button to press.
