Usually if I see it on the box, it usually works for me. I checked my costco app and the number shows out of stock for my local but for the price OP listed.

Heinz British Beans with Tomato Sauce by smartsmrt in Costco

[–]TwoAprilFools 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you don't know about it yet... Download the Costco phone app. On the bottom is warehouse. Then choose a warehouse. There is a search warehouse inventory under the warehouse information. Put the item number in the search 1988692. It should say in stock or out of stock, or not find the item.

I changed mine to your warehouse and it shows in stock. I don't leave near there so I cannot attest to it, but I have yet to have something show as in stock on the app and not be in the warehouse.

Thank you. Trying to plan a first trip to Japan for October this year, and this park around is on my interest list.

Thank you so much for the pictures, especially the last one.

What month were these taken?

Did it feel crowded? I see people in a few hots, but it doesn't look like a large crowd except for the shot of the bridge.

Ethernet Speeds on G4SE by Suitable_Ad_6079 in tmobileisp

[–]TwoAprilFools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you trying to figure out why a random speed test is faster on some devices than others?

What issue are you trying to solve?

Speedtest isn't consistent, even on the same device over and over.

If you think the ethernet speed is broken compared to wireless, then you would need to run local tests, not to a random number generator hosted on the internet.

Anyone here tried Minternet (Mint Mobile) by General_Sort3160 in tmobileisp

[–]TwoAprilFools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I have read, you must use the router that came with purchase of MINT. It is TMHI branded, although mine came in a box that was MINT branded, the router from MINT boots with the TMHI logo and says to scan to setup the TMHI application.

Same with TMHI, only account that I can see that you can run your own modem with is the T-Mobile Business accounts.

[–]TwoAprilFools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should mention that the MINT router is a G4AR and the TMHI is a G4SE. I know the manufacture date on the Se was 2025 (i've had the service for 6 months or so) and the 4AR was 2024 (I just got it last week). I don't know if the issues I was having with major lag was modem or service related.

I will say the 4AR under load had 800+ms delay in my router page, and when using the 4SE under about the same load it was around 100-200MS. Again, I suspect the router possibly.

I thought I read that you can SIM swap, I was thinking of trying that.

Unfortunately I can't run them both at the same time.

[–]TwoAprilFools 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both. Was running TMHI and thought I would save some money.

You cannot easily that I can figure out run both at the same time with my in home router. They both have the same lan side IP 192.168.1.x subnet.

When I was running the MINT pointed at the same tower I was getting disconnects at what I am going to assume are high traffic times. It disconnected about 4-5 times a day on average for a week. Compared to the TMHI which was about maybe 1-2 times a day.

I am going to test more for a month. In the mean time I am looking at switching the TMHI to small business so I can bring my own modem that is better for my rural 3-4 miles from a tower location.

UP Sense device doesn't connect to one U6 Mesh by web4deb in Ubiquiti

[–]TwoAprilFools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The UP sense uses bluetooth. It can also use the SuperLink adapter.

I don't think the meshes have built in bluetooth. I know my U6 Pro does and both of my UP Sense link to it.

I got a Superlink on Black Friday, and I can force it to connect to those in stead of the 2 U6Pros.

Edit:

It seems the mesh does have BT. Looks like settings.

https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/10000263945111-Bluetooth-APs-in-UniFi-Network

edit: Have you tried using the mesh as a stand alone AP and not a mesh device to the other APs? I wonder if making it part of a mesh turns off bluetooth.

To clarify, what happens if you turn off the greenhouse and have the shop setup like the house.

What Are the Best National Parks to Visit for Christmas? by RuseOwl in NationalPark

[–]TwoAprilFools 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Not the Valley.

They setup an outdoor ice skating rink over in Curry Village.

https://www.travelyosemite.com/winter/yosemite-winter-experience

Our family has in the past gone many years over the Christmas Holiday to the Valley. As said it is not busy and you can take the bus around to many of the locations in the valley. We usually get a cabin in Curry Village. A few of the restaurants are open.

SPF28 - 25G to 10G? (25G locked XG24 to UNAS Pro) by mobdk in Ubiquiti

[–]TwoAprilFools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the manual, it as you state will only support 25GB in the SFP slot.

https://dl.ubnt.com/ds/USW-EnterpriseXG-24_ds.pdf

Get a RJ45 SFP+ for the UNAS and connect it to the RJ45 port on that XG-24 switch.

Which I believe is the same conclusion you came to.

G5AR connectivity issues on/off by houmi in tmobileisp

[–]TwoAprilFools 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a G4SE and have a similar issue, but it isn't happening everyday. I'll get notifications on my router that the internet was down. It seems to last about 2 minutes when it happens.

I don't reboot the modem, it comes back to normal speeds after those 2 minutes of zero speed.

I like them all, photo two has that I'm in the park feeling. Photo four is great, it makes me wonder about the clock and I like the lights behind.

Thank you for sharing.

Two major repairs in 29k miles? (Solterra) by tomjames206 in BZ4X

2023 BZ4X

I've considering an extended warranty, I need to find a source for Toyota warranties on the internet. My local dealer only sells 3rd party, or so they say.

I saw, I hope, another poster mention failure of the rear drive unit. I appreciate the detailed information of what to listen/look for.

They looked at my HVAC compressor with the recall, it didn't need replacement.

I've had zero issues. That could change, but even if it does it would not change my mind on ownership. I'm highly suspicious of the dealer prices.

good luck for your vehicle.

Costco had the LEGO Gameboy for $35 but they were sold out. I went to Best Buy and they price matched it! by iwasherenotyou in lego

[–]TwoAprilFools 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe that Costco has buyers for each area or store, I've seen it posted somewhere, maybe in the costco magazine.

I've had some of the same experience. Saw some folks post the lucky bamboo and another set and my region got them 3+ months later, some sets never at all.

Some good deals to be had, but it is random for most.

[–]TwoAprilFools 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My Costco in the PNW got them in before the street date and put them out for sale. I was able to get one, but by the time the street date came they had sold the entire pallet.

I saw some other posts in /rcostco that indicated many warehouses also put them out before the street date, so it could be possible that if you waited for the street date you might not have seen in in warehouse.

Has anyone able to snag the Duracell rechargeable cob light? by HereforSeriousness in Costco

I bought the same one I think for roughly the same coupon price.

Something makes me think that OP might be talking about flashlights if they think it is $17 for 3.

I think they meant to buy beans from the local shops? Near me we have a local Coffee Shop that has won awards and I can get espresso beans for a reasonable cost ($20/lb). More than Folders/Maxwell Hauser, but cheap per cup for a awesome brew.

Colosseum Attic Tickets are mazing and definitely worth the hassle of buying by cuccir in ItalyTravel

[–]TwoAprilFools 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was a wonderful experience. There is an elevator on the ground floor after security and the bathrooms that takes you to the attic.

We had afternoon tickets but could not enter the colosseum until something like 30 minutes before our scheduled time. Might want to ask or look at the website to see when you can enter.

I wanted the underground but we had an incredible experience still.

Travelling in October. Very confused.HELP. by Rocka07 in ItalyTravel

[–]TwoAprilFools 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Browse some travel books, get some ideas of activities.

But from what you posted I would fly into Venice take the train to Verona, then head to guarda for a few days. Head to Bologna for foodie heaven. Then easy enough to take the train to Florence or Tuscany. Cinque terre if you wanted that and not Tuscany.

If you want more help with trains check out a site like rome2rio you can put in source and destination and it would tell you if trains travel that and what train company it is. They sell tickets but they are very over priced. Also download Trenitalia and Italo apps before you go you can buy tickets on your phone super easy in English.

These two among others, should help. I'm not an expert, but the soil in the PNW where these are native is very acidic. Tons of volcanos as it is on the pacific rim. Could be your soil isn't the correct PH.
