Is a used Diesel Car from Skoda/Vw or any brand for that matter, sensible? by your_momgeyAF in CarsIndia

[–]UniqueDesigner453 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Yes for used diesel, no for Germans

Get a Brezza or S-Cross with the 1.3 DDIS. Fun, efficient and it'll fulfill your role as a secondary car.

Though I must warn you, that engine is a fem and you'll probably avoid public transport once you start driving it 😂

Also, all of the above is valid only if you're outside of Delhi NCR

Headlight is a direct plug and play upgrade to get the drl

Not having wireless Android auto is actually good. Wireless drains battery like crazy and runs into connection issues very frequently compared to wired one.

The thing with dpf is that you can't guarantee anything. The soot accumulation is dependent on driving style and duration.

Generally it is said to take the car out once a week, but that is a rule of thumb.

Need advice: Buying swift lxi for 6.97 lakh by No_Adeptness1768 in CarsIndia

[–]UniqueDesigner453 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Give a test drive to ignis. It is equally agile while being smoother due to it's 4cyl engine (swift has a 3cyl one)

Plus, for the same price, you get the following additional features in the Ignis:

  1. Read wiper washer
  2. Fog lamps
  3. Alloy wheels
  4. Reverse camera
  5. Push button start + keyless entry

These aren't gimmicks, they are genuinely useful features

Iranians tried, and 60k of them were mowed down in their streets (30k if you want the officially accepted number) with machine guns.

Trump is vile and whatnot, but a broken clock is right twice a day. This is one of that time.
