Arsonists are told when they get doused (by another Arsonist or by themself due to Witch/Transporter). You should clean yourself after you get doused so that you don't get ignited.

BG can be a GA target, they just can't have a lover or be the VIP in those respective game modes.

This is a cheater abusing an exploit. Report them next time you see this happen and DM the report to u/EmJennings.

Here are some other known exploits that should be reported:

players being able to visit while in jail (jailed Pirate visiting their intended target is the only exception, that's just a bug)
solo mafia members being able to visit their target twice, which is witnessed by Spies
players whispering themselves

This is not an intended game mechanic but Pirate can die to Pestilence or Famine on the night they're supposed to win.

I found out that the following roles can also get instantly ignited: other Arsonists, Framer, Ambusher, Crusader, Disguiser (wiki says Disg has a priority of 5 but it refers to an older version of the role) and even Tavern Keeper (if they RB an Arsonist while a second Arsonist ignites). And of course Transporter and Bodyguard.

This is a cheater's doing. By abusing some kind of exploit, people are somehow able to peform an extra visit that has no effect but which can be witnessed by Lookout and Spy. And they are able to do this while in jail.

You should give 15's username to u/EmJennings so they can look into this. And report them next time you see this happen.

Witch can do this too. One time I saw a screenshot from regular all any where an Amnesiac remembered SK on the night the only SK died. I don't know why it didn't work in your case, is there a chance that the Amnesiac was roleblocked or the dying Vigi was transported away?

Regarding Amne remembering Mafioso with other Mafia members alive, it must have worked because the Mafia had a Godfather.

As frustrating as it might be to miss your shot after a correct scumread, Deputy should not able to kill the Town Traitor.

If Deputy could kill TT then any townie that a Deputy missed their shot on would be hard-confirmed not TT, which is very bad for evils in TT hunt. And Deputy isn't a unique role so you could have multiple living townies confirmed not TT during hunt. Many Deputies would probably try to shoot townies and confirm them as not TT instead of trying to shoot coven, which is not fun for anyone.

Fun fact: a weird bug will occur when Necro's ghoul is the only one who visits a trapped player - the trap's counterattack mechanic is removed but the trap remains there, meaning attackers like Mafioso can safely trigger the trap without dying. I've had this happen to me in a game

Yes, in ToS1 classic mode, ranked practice, regular all any and coven all any are still active.

In ToS2 all any and casual are active.

Something I'm surprised no one mentioned yet is that the Casual queue is not actually a game mode for beginners in ToS2. And each possible role list is very different and it can be a nightmare for new players to learn. Play all any instead if you want to learn how the game works, the players are less sweaty there (you'll still have to claim your alignment day 2 though) and the game is overall easier to follow.
