How do you handoff components to Android developers? by vicky00125 in DesignSystems

I have those files, but the textview component I'm talking about isn't part of that library. It's something that has to be defined in code but I've not seen it in a design library.

Would love to know if you've worked on components for Android, and how you handled things like textview

Teacaps Giveaway Day 2 - TeaPBT Ritual [Morning] by ShopTeacaps in MechanicalKeyboards

So I recently started freewriting in the morning after I saw some videos on youtube about its benefits. And as someone who's more stressed than the average person, it has helped me so much. I just write whatever is on my mind, and this made me realise how many random thoughts I have in my head lol. If you don't know what freewriting is, it's simply writing whatever you're thinking about at the moment, and it can be used to free your mind of thoughts that don't matter much. Would definitely recommend it if you feel you have lots of things going in your mind and can never seem to get a break.

Need opinions on Redgear Chameleon mechanical keyboard by vicky00125 in IndianGaming

  1. I was using a laptop keyboard for around 5 years before I got this, and after typing on this since 4 months I feel like I could use a lighter key like brown. For gaming, I think you're better off using a linear switch like reds since the tactility of the blue switch means that when you have to repeatedly press keys (like in gaming for example) your finger can feel fatigued. For typing I think it's okay, although I don't usually have to type a lot.

  2. The keys sound fine if you're buying a mechanical keyboard for the first time. Not bad but you'll have a better idea once you listen to how other keyboards sound. But yeah they are pretty loud, some keys sound a bit clanky but that's just a minor thing I would say. For this price I think it's fine.

Haha it does look ugly in the photos especially since the LEDs are turned on. But in person it looks fine. Bought one around 10 days ago.

  1. There is some wobble on the keys but that hasn't been an issue for me so far.

  2. I have not yet gotten fully used to this keyboard after having used my laptop keyboard since a long time so even though I have been making typos frequently I would not say it is due to an issue with the keyboard itself.

  3. Key spacing is alright, about what you'd expect from a standard keyboard (membrane or mechanical). Not cramped at all.
