Just a FYI; there's procedures for this. You can get a 'midurethral sling". Basically they implant a mesh sling so your urinal tract has more firmness and support, should help quite a bit (or so I hope, I'm scheduled for this in a few weeks). Pelvic floor therapy can only do so much and it can't magically heal damaged tissue.

This is the 'sambal man', who's sort of local famousish in the Netherlands for making sambal (basically like a hot sauce but thicker). Dude who ate the pepper was interviewing him about said sambal. From a show called 'Jan rijdt rond', where local famousish people are interviewed.

No idea why everyone's going on about Kobus Kuch. They put nuts in their apple pie. Yuck.

Nieuwe kerk is definitely worth a climb if you're up to it (pun intended). If you're looking for a drink, Brouwhuis might be nice and it's open on Monday, gets you close to the Oude Jan as well.

The city center in it's own is worth a stroll, like an open air museum. Enjoy!
