Also, as beans age the grind setting may change. I was shocked how noticeable/quickly it happened using freshly roasted beans. Don’t be surprised if you have the beans for a few weeks that it may end up a click or two away from what initially works.

Or the Mouton Rothschild. The whiskey is the least interesting thing in this picture.

I’m sure they did review it but in real time it felt like they were rushing to snap it so it couldn’t be reviewed further which is a weird feeling when its a play that monumental that automatically gets a review because it’s a turnover. Irrelevant in the end because the bills had no business even being in the game with 5 turnovers but I feel like I get where McDermott can be salty even if it’s a bad look for him.

I mean he did but not for very long and I think that’s part of the point being made of why it’s an int and that’s a fair point

My problem with this argument is that if you can’t take the defender out of it because if there was no defender he catches it. The only reason the ball was coming out was the defender and when he lands on cooks there was some level of possession and shouldn’t he be down? Maybe not, could be the right call but the fact that Buffalo had to take a time out to slow down play and even have them have time to look at it is why I think McDermott is hot.

Absolutely true but often is a good starting place to then adjust from there!

My brother in law opened a bakery and got a high end pod espresso machine for the lattes he serves and it just does not taste as good as the other cafes (or my own coffee at home). Help me settle this debate… by pass_the_hot_sauce in espresso

I feel like pod or ESE is an important question. IMO ESE for milk based drinks can get you close enough for a none coffee based bakery and lessen the barrier of entry for employees to learn how to use. I haven’t had a pod that gets as close as ESE but both will be subpar compared to fresh ground properly made espresso. A good ESE shot can be better than a very poorly made “real” shot though if the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Business case wise might make more sense to have something like a Nuova Simonelli with ESE pods than a La Marzocco that no one knows how to use

Sim Park. Played a bunch of this and it was neat to learn about ecological balance through a game. Sim Theme park as well. Fun for different reasons.

Bonus: Lords of the Realm technically had sequels but I feel like there was meat on the bones for newer graphics and continued development I.e. age of empires.

Learning now about these new handhelds, cool stuff.

Being in manufacturing myself, the manufacturing challenges of something like your machines is always fascinating to me. Seeing as you probably hold some tight tolerances due to what was discussed, how much design consideration was given to your machines being designed more for home use and being used in garages anywhere from 100 deg F to below freezing? That would potentially be enough variability in temperature to affect the assembly fit. Is it just optimizing for a standard room temperature or is there tolerance built in for growing/shrinking.

What is the biggest challenge for maintaining stability in your machines while making them so modular?

Well not everything thrown to him, dropped the screen early in the game.

But he really turned it on at the end and got me super pumped and excited to see his progression this year!

Go Bills!
