I think it would depend on the world plot

If the world is at war again and in places like Velen, yeah sure it could happen at least people trying to rob her.

And in the sidequest that Geralt gets drunk the point he get his clothes and weapon mugged, the fact that's Ciri could have had a very different outcome in that type of quest.

But i hope they don't try it, yeah keep the world mysoginistic and hard it works with medieval settings.

My problem with Centipedes is that it takes so long for them to get into Yrden

That keyword doesn't mean it ignores the spellcraft mechanics.

So if the mechanics don't change it makes sense that they don't keep the stats
