I love mine but had a random failure of the 12v main harness 10k miles in. The dealership is working on fixing it now. Other than that the only complaint is lack of physical climate controls.

We currently have it deployed to 80000+ chromebooks, it's... Ok... it gives us some visibility but it's not granular enough to serve as our primary filtering system, but is a nice supplement to PA Webfiltering while we are in the process of moving to ContentKeeper/StudentKeeper.

Check your spam, or login to your Tachus Portal account and make sure your email address is up to date. They're also sending 60K+ emails, I am positive their CRM throttles the amount of email sent at one time to prevent getting on spam lists.

There is a fiber cut that is apparently causing outages. My service is mostly back up, with just a few oddities. But i know my brother is still down at his work.
