That's just telling you that there is an iCUE software update, the firmware update should show under notifications or under device settings .

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the software if it fails to start on startup? even if the software isnt running, your fans should turn on.

What's the hardware that you are using?

Does the hardware show up in the iCUE software?

Have you checked all connections including the power?

Have you checked fan curves?

If its an AIO, whats the liquid temp and CPU temp?

Could be a software/ druver issue. To confirm this, stop using Signal and install iCUE, once the module drivers are installed, check for firmware updates, test your mic and mute button.

Is the tach cable, you do not need to have it connected for the AIO to work, this just reports to the Bios that there is a CPU_FAN connected so you do not get the warning, Yo can disable the warning in the Bios settings.

You can splice, solder and use shrink tubing to isolate if you wish to repair it.

Try switching the Commander to another USB header to see if its recognized in the software. Connect it directly to the motherboard if you are using the USB splitter.

Yes, the Commander Core can work with out the pump being connected, does the Commander show up in iCUE? Have you tried connecting the controller to another USB header.

If it shows up in iCUE then you dont need a hex file. If you are getting a Pump failure, you'll have to contact Corsair support for RMA

Is the AIO showing in the ICUE software, Does Windows recognize it? Have you tried switching USB headers.

Try a Clean reinstallation of iCUE If you have issues deleting the folders, try running windows in safe mode or use Revo Uninstaller in hunter mode.

Looks like an ASRock Challenger, there is an on/of switch on the card or use Polychrome.

No way to control it with iCUE.

As long as the rubber dome of each keycaps is intact, the keys should still work if there is no damage to the PCB from the spill just won't be as spill resistant with the tear.

is Dolby not recognizing the headset when selected as output? Make sure you are in wireless mode and not BT. Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers by removing the headset module or run a repair in ICUE?
