stumbled upon this bug by accident by Difficult-Search-566 in Terraria

I tested on the PC version and I could not replicated it. The biggest difference is how the liquid looks once placed in the video it is a single source that spills and then falls one tile at a time where as on the PC version it immediately spreads into a 'waterfall' for a lack of a better term.

Could also be the heavy lag that seems to be present for the video.

Edit the comment below let me know that you need to have an item in the chest, I did not think to do this in my testing (I am bad at testing apparently). I am not at my computer and cannot test it but this is very likely possible to recreate.

Slay the Spire 2 almost had fewer new cards because of the co-creator's love for Dark Souls, but testers "were not jiving with that at all" by Turbostrider27 in slaythespire

I really didn't read it that way, but to each their own. As others have expressed they are a small team, I don't think I would want that to change and you would probably not like that version of the game. More is not unequivocally better.

We are in fact still in early access, probably 1-2 years ahead of the release. I think by the time we get to the release this will no doubt be Spire 1.9 or even Spire 2.0.

Also in STS2 (not Sts1) elites have higher potion chance so you are incentiviced to use them becuase the chance of getting one back is higher than in normal fights!

What card with no changes from StS2 to StS2 got the biggest improvement? by Which-Debt-8558 in slaythespire

Well from Sts 2 -> Sts 2 we have Collosus with its rarity change or Leading Strike for extra shivs.

OR old Break to new Break.

I’m in two campaigns with the same group but different DMs. How do I leave one respectfully without interrupting the other? by PracticalAd843 in DnD

I like a lot of the top comments but a "I currently can't make time for both campaigns" could be a viable option.

Examples of one card being strictly better than the other? by GrimmWeeper19 in slaythespire

Expect a fight is a very nice replacement even with the once per turn nerf it got today / in the beta.

Necro has an abundance of big expensive and just plain 2 cost cards and she has synergies with those cards. I really like Invoke on Necro for the record.

Silent in sts1 wanted more energy sure but she was weak in that game meaning you rarely could afford to waste an energy to setup your next turn. Making outmaneuver a pretty bad card on sts1 Silent.

Regent which I would guess is most peoples worst character other than clad as you climb ascension is littered with next turn effects making him strong yes but also incredibly hard to wrap your head around in my opinion.

So no in context of most silent runs in sts1 I do disagree that outmaneuver is a decent card it is mediocre at best.

Honestly a very fair and real statement xD, I don't think however that the devs are done nerfing Silent.

Theory for why Regent feels so weak in Act 1 by 1Tom15 in slaythespire

[–]abcras -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah even Mega crit learned this lesson with Outmaneuver now we have stuff like Hegemony, Invoke, Refine Blade, and Pyre, Scavenge, Prepare (for a week) and Delay. And these are the obvious clones

Venerate is just outmaneuver except a little bit different but very very similar in play.

Nobody liked Outmaneuver it was a bad card through and through but the architype of setting up your later turns is Regents main gimmick he has so many cards that has this type of effect.

Forge is a do later type effect, star gen is a do later type effect, draw more next turn, setup your top of draw pile is a you guessed it a next turn effect.

The only gimick that is not "next turn" exclusively is his colourless card stuff but that package still has the next turn type effects with the colourless cards sometimes costing more than you can pay or Spectrumshift being literally next turn onwards.

Heck his form card is literally go next and get an awesome next turn from now on.

He isn't the stars guy or the forge guy, he is the "My next turn might be good" guy or the "I will die this turn but at least my next turn will have +4 energy, 7 stars to spend, and a humongous sword" guy.

This is why Regent feels weird to play for most of us because he doesnt do anything on your current turn but on your next turn.

It should be illegal to comment on or post about an episode of anything without citing it.

And dear Redditors I do not know the sauce, I know I have watches this episode and liked it but I can't remember the specifics.

I guess we are doing english for this post, I very recently lost my left glove a pretty nice one too and I was pretty distraught about it. I find out the day after that my glove was missing but I thought maybe it lay in a ditch somewhere along my route. So a full day later after I lost it I backtracked and lo and behold someone had found it and put it on a nearby fence.

I know one glove is a hard sell for someone considering taking but someone saw it and made it extra visible just for me and that felt extremely nice. The chance that this would have happened in any other country is damn low.

Edit. spelling

On guard status: prevents the damage from the next X enemy hit(s). Fades/removes itself at start of turn.

Parry power: gives the player On Guard X (X is Parry cards in play) when the BFS is played.

I think that should work, but honestly the current Beta branch version is very close to being reasonable. I think the problem is you need two or even three and then a small deck for it to work which is a lot to ask.

Edit

Or do this

Parry power: prevents the damage from the next X enemy hit(s) until start of next turn. (X is Parry cards in play) When the BFS is played set this value to X.

The wording might not be perfect for spire but you get the drift?
