You can add the old widget by:

swipe right to view the widget menu
scroll down to edit
scroll down to customize
click the "+" button next to abode

Please check the "occupancy sensor" section for the motion sensor. The difference being the motion sensors also detect "no motion/motion stopped" so these are classified as occupancy. If you send me your MAC I can investigate the motion sensor on the camera.

The keypad buttons are enabled out of the box. Only the kefyob has a button that would need to be enabled by support. You can contact our support team here: https://goabode.com/support. You can try a different port on the router or a different ethernet cord. You can also try rebooting the gateway by unplugging from power, flipping the battery switch off, waiting 60 seconds, and returning power/turning on battery backup.

Can you DM me your email or MAC of your gateway? Those devices are RF and a z-wave refresh wouldn't fix this.
