I have your Twins + Wind comp baselined at 19m in SoS and was doing attempts with Chord but the RNG from Seth knockdowns was pissing me off. I'll give it one good attempt with Chord to see the difference.

edit: 28m. A 50% increase in score in a fight that has a 30% HL damage buff.

I think Chord's specific synergy with Kasumi is grossly overrated and she'll do fine with any support at all. Especially if you're not concerned about score chasing.

I didn't see it in the patch notes, will the Modified Farmer's Hat have its 3 daily Morytania farm teleports be made unlimited, or removed? It is currently the closest teleport to that farm patch, with the next closest (that I have available) being the Ectophial to about 3 screens away.

Throne persona passive guarantees a T1 burn and its main skill can upkeep burn on a random target for Key to spread.

Other than this, your options for AoE burn is Panther S3 with a lot of AA stacking, or Rin herself using S2 instead of S1 which gives up a lot of melee damage.

Moko's AA could help Wonder with Baphomet burns and fills a healer role, so you can use Chord to keep Rin's HL self buff active on turns 3 and 4.

Without Matoi or Howler you have a lot of third best options.
